Its hard to get any info on this subject here. I know me and another are having this same problem. Rodbolt did tell me that parts in the clutch were probably worn. Took it apart and everything looked good, but the whole mechonism was very loose. I had the grinding like you in forward and neutral and reversed worked. I tighten it up and put it back together then only had forward. I can't get any answers on how to ajust it though. Hope this helps a little
