DT65 what is the year ?

Why such a mystery ? Like Suzuki is trying to hide something!
Anyway, After reading many of the same requests here, I think I have a 1989....or could it be 1999 ?
Here's the numbers.. DT65 06502 910503
I need to rewire controls and all to try to get running. So a manual is on the wish list...but which one?
