Under my renovation of the motor I opened up the trim/tilt assambly, for and replacement of o-rings & oil.
I cleaned up the motor/brush but did not open up the servo pump itself.
The trim/tilt unit works fine, but when raising the motor, the pump is working hard and a squeaking sound is loudly heard.
When lowering the unit no sqeaking sound is heard and everything seems to be fine.
I have not bleeded the system, can it be air inside the pump?
Or what else can cause this sound?
Is this sound normal or should some parts be replaced inside the pump unit?
First five sec is when raising, last five sec is lowering:
