DT75 chirping and sneezing

I took my motor in for repair because it hard starting and wouldn't stay running. when it did run it made a chirping sound and then stop. he found water in the gas and replaced the fuel tank. now the motor will idle but when i put a load and it it stalls out again as i increase rpms. then has a hard time starting and makes the same chirping sound

thats a good hard case of cleaning your carbs. if you had water in the tank, you had water in the carbs. your gonna need to drain the bowls and clean them mikuni's REAL GOOD. i betcha that cures it

i put carb kit in all carbs, still had probems until i realized new fuel tank outlet had to be rotated. now engine runs better than ever fuel was actual problem but it needed carbs cleaned also thanks!
