Setting up Multi-Monitor in Windows 2k.

Put in 2nd video card, booted up, everything great. Think, this is great, going to setup a THIRD monitor.... But I used the Identical video card. 2 of the SAME cards in the machine confused windows, now I can't use either of them, and am back to the onboard video with one monitor.

I rebooted with the one, then put 2nd back in and when I boot up, it freezes at the login screen.

Anyone ever deal with this?... wondering how I can make windows forget what it had an start over so I can at least use 1 of the vid cards.

nde, boot up with only the onboard video card installed. When you get in, go to start-->settings-->control panel and go to System. Get into the device or hardware manager and remove any video devices that are there except the one on-board that you are using. They you should be able to start all over.
