Dual steering connection.

Hello all and good day, I have recently purchased a 1986 Hydrostream Valero. The boat has dual steering cables but no connection on the motor. The motor is a 200HP early eighties Mercury. I am looking for the "bracket and arm" to attach the cables. Any direction you can point me in would greatly help. I have tried looking for it, but I think my terminology might be wrong.

i have the same issue, i will like if someone can tell how can i instals a new motor with single steering cable in a boat with dual steering cables on it.??
