There are many manufacturers that make fiberglass restore products. I use starbrights or woody's. It will all depend on how oxidized it is, but usually wet compounding will do the trick, then wax. If not you can wet sand with 1000 or 1200 grit sand paper. No reason usually for anything more aggressive. Then compound and wax. What color is your hull?
