Ok, having read all there is to read about prop selection, I have finally come to the conclusion that the enertia prop is going to be the best for my application. My boat is an SD 217 Hurricane deck boat with a 5.0L MPI 2005 Alpha drive. The mercruiser prop selector suggests the Enertia 20P model number 48-899000A46. I currently run a Vengeance 19P. Ok the Enertia must be made of gold cause it really drains the wallet. I found the same model number on an Ebay store but they say it comes with a Flo-Torq II hub kit and is also 14.25 inches in diameter when the Mercury prop selector says its supposed to be 13.8 inches. Sounds like the wrong prop but the model is exactly the same. I emailed the Ebay store but so far no response. Is this the prop I need or what? If not where can I find it at somewhat of a reasonable price? Does enertia use the same exact model number prop for different applications? I am terribly confused.

If you can use a 15 and 3 /10" X 21P let me know.

I just bought one thinking I needed to drop pitch because my boat was actign like it had a slipping prop.

No, it was a Tach that was set wrong by th factory. Im now getting my top speed at proper rpm and I havent gotten my new prop yet. So If you can use it let me know. Ill sell it to you at the price I paid including shipping if you can use a BRAND new 21P.

You can email me at vraudio@msn.com

What a deal... he can buy a prop he doesn't need for full retail... hard to turn down! :)
