Does anyone know the proper procedure of DVA voltage testing the output of my CDI boxes for a 1986 125 hp force? I dont have a peak voltage tester yet. Just want to be sure the procedure is simple enough before I buy one. Thanks!
IL let you know after i do mine. I'm hoping to get the tool soon. It sounds like all you have to do hook up the meeter and crank the engine over. It will give you a DC voltage and as long as its in it range your good to go.
Sounds good, I am not sure how to ground the multimeter. I am guessing just ground to the engine somewhere and place the red lead of the meter to the output being check, crank the engine and read the dva voltage?
