Dyna Float Mounts

Guys,
I'm ready to install some new rubber mounts in my '69 , 80hp Merc. Should I use anything on the bolt threads? i.e. Perfect Seal, Loctite (red or blue), Never-seeze? Maybe nothing at all?? It's a fresh water motor...... Also, anyone care to guess at what I should torque the bolts to?
