dyna-float suspension replacement.

I am trying to replace the rubber/aluminium mount/bush in the dyna-float suspension (lower mounts)on the mid housing on my 1991 40hp mercury classic.How do you remove the bushes once youve taken of the nut and covers, as the bolts are to long to come out of recess .do you have to dismantle any other parts of engine to allow space between mid housing and lower bracket.and info on replacement would be helpfull.
