I have an old Eagle 2450 12/24v bowmount trolling motor.
My problem is the previous owner tried to re-wire it. All he really did was tear it apart.
In the motor top there are 5 wires sticking up
10ga. red wire
10ga. black wire
14ga. red wire
14ga. yellow wire - (medium speed Tape marked)
14ga. green wire - (slow speed tape marked)
Foot control has a; (no wires connected to anything)
12v/24v toggle switch
Circuit breaker
On/off momentary (when foot pedal is pressed)
and a burned up slow/medium/high switch
The plug is a 3 wire plug and a 3 wire recptacle and That part I understand.
I have searched till i'm blue in the face for a wiring diagram on how to hook it up. Also I will need to replace a couple of the switches and maybe the wiring dia. will have part numbers?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
