Early 90's Merc 15 question

My perfect little 15 Merc which has run like a dream since I've owned it is running a little fast for idle (trolling) What is the easiest way to bring the idle speed down?

Nathan, thanks for your reply, however it is a 15HP, and it used to troll slow as can be. I could see putting one of those things on a 150 HP....Something needs to be adjusted in the low speed idle, and if somebody could direct me how to do that without having to take it in, that would be great.
