I have two 45 hp Chryslers i'm trying to get one working from. Does anyone know if the timing plate (with colis and breakers) should be earthed or not.On one motor the timing plate was grounded by a wire to the block(powerhead?) on one engine, but not on the other. What is this significance and how should it be?<br />Thanks
