Does anyone know where I can get a new ECM for the following: 1999 Cruisers 3375 with twin Merc. 7.4 Horizon MPI inboards. The serial number of the engine in question is 0L086965 The model number of that engine is 365652JM1. The merc. part number for the ECM is 861721T2 which merc say's is no longer available, and I don't find it to be superceded. This particular ECM is a GM MEFI3 which was manufactured for GM by delfi. Any help would be appreciated. And before someone asks, yes I am Certain the ECM is bad.

Re: ECM Question

Thanks for the help guys. Rabidfish, kind of funny to see the words KIT and ECM in the same sentence.

Re: ECM Question

Lets see now, how many new carburators could I buy with $1300? Maybe 3 or 4 but I doubt I would need that many in my life time.

Re: ECM Question

"If we make the ECM's any better, less boats will be running, Boss." The M S D ignition with a rev limiter and a carb and full set of spares cost about the same. Where is the volume discount going to ? :p
