I searched and found my answer.

Hi, new here.

I purchased a 1999 Larson 206 last summer and the screws that hold my ladder in are stripping out. Do I simply tap the existing holes to fit bigger screws? If so, is there a special tool for fiberglass? There might be bolts on the other side of the hull but it is impossible to get to! Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'd remove the ladder, fill the holes with a good two part epoxy (not that lepage crap). Let it cure fully, redrill and re-attach the ladders.
