Hi, does anybody know a good app for cutting out parts of videos and just keeping the good parts? I have some videos my wife took with her iphone of whales we had close to our boat. There are a lot of boring parts of just water with some good shots mixed in. I'd like to shorten it by cutting out the boring parts but don't know how. I'm using a chromebook.
