electric shock #2

i previously today sent a question about electric shock on my bowrail. after that i read a post reply about someone else getting a shock additional info about mine... not connected to shore power, beached on a sandbar,with no external power on only radio running (isolated that too). someone on post said you can't get shocked off 12 V, but i got a true 13 V and definite shock (I was standing in water up to waist) also tested on my boast lift in air w/ no shore power on ...13 V

i posted a reply in the other topic about not touching the bow rail anymore... i have a second idea: wear a full body rubber suit whenever you are within 50 ft. of the boat. once again: problem solved. :D :D :D
