electric shock

have 24 frt wellcraft martinique w/ 5.0 volvo i/o got shocked in the water last week when touched the bow rail, upon testing finding 13 V to grnd. traced out & isolated to sump pump fuse block # 69 under dash so far.
looking for maual or suggestions, cannot seem to find any connection to bow rail & wire. no other metal parts energized. any ideas or help appreciated thanks

solution is very simple: don't touch the bow rail anymore. problem solved. :D

Gloves and for the ladies sitting on the front bow, wetsuits:cool:

first figure out what is giving you the problem (start pulling fuses until you don't feel it/pull the battery) then start researching those lines. I would bet that one of the bow lights, or galley circuits got "pinched" in the mounting hardware for the railing and you just created the easier circuit to ground...

Electricity is really efficient that way.
