electric start 25 hp jonson 1990 e25telesb How to start

I tried to start this last week. pumped the bulb, pulled out choke and pushed starter. turned over once than that was it...just keep trying to start. any ideas??? New gas and oil.

Is that a manual primer? Is the tank vent open?
In any case, review the cold start procedure...

Thanks Jasper, ps I have a tiller handle on this motor does that have anything to do with it?

There is a choke on it pull out off med and all the way I will try to take a picture and send it to you.

also what is the proper gas to oil mix for this motor?
