This motor ran well last year. The carbs and fuel are clean, engine starts well but never gets up to full speed. Revs well in neutral. All plugs are wet 3/4 are very wet, 1 is a little on the wet side. The motor has a RAPAIR ignition module and wiring box added. spark plugs are new and wires look good. <br />Suggestions for how to diagnose the electrical components (coils, stator, etc) would be appreciated. I have not pulled the flywheel off yet. <br />Thanks!
