electrical problems

Last season all the electronics worked. Had them redone to some extent with new portlighting and wiring and a new windshield motor. Now the only thing turning on is the mast light and the stern bilge pump. Where do I start. Sounds like something in the panel?

you say 'had them redone,' does this mean someone else did the work? if thats the case i would take it back to that person... beyond that start with checking fuses, and do you have a voltmeter or test light? start checking around the fuse panel/bus area.
