Electricdal mishap

I was installing a new under dash fuse panel, and inadvertently allowed the red power wire from the control (the output side out to the gauges) connect to ground. Now neither the Trim/Tilt or motor crank have power at the controls. I checked the only fuse I could find on the motor and it was not blown. I checked the power feed to the relays and I have the 12v power feeding the relay but no power on the striped wires from the controls. Does anybody know of any other fuse(s) I may have blown and where they are located. 75HP Force 1996

Should be a fuse on the red wire between the ignition switch and the starter relay. Might be one on the red wire from the starter solenoid (red wire goes to fuse, then yellow wire from fuse to cowl mounted trim switch.
