Most Morse Controls using the 33C red cables will work. "Most" because most of them are convertable from push-to-open to pull-to-open, etc. The trick though is finding the adapter fittings for the Elgin. That may take some searching. Maybe a lot of searching.
EDIT: I had McCulloch Elgins on my mind when I wrote that. If you have a West Bend Elgin with that cable & pulley throttle, that thing takes a very special adapter doohickey. Lots of luck finding that stuff. The might have made three or four of them, total.
