Serial# 57159551, model# 59551-1724. i'm looking for year of manufacture, also oil/gas mix.I was told it's 12hp. Thanks in advance.

1960 12hp. Made by West Bend, which later became Chrysler, then Force.
I'm guessing that the mix was probably 16:1. Maybe 24:1. Certainly no thinner.
