elto light twin

I just found an elto light twin Motor # 3619 and would like to know what year it is.It has a solid aluminum rudder and the piston's are free along with the prop.

Assuming that's the serial number, that should be a 1922 3.0 HP and it would not have a model number. The model A twin came out in 1923, and ran up to model K in 1929.

Here's a 1926 "Super G", with hollow rudder.
