Email Help (Outlook 2002)

Ok,
Here is the deal. For some reason, all my emails (new, replies, forwards) all come up with the font in ALL CAPS.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I have tried changing the settings once I open a new email. I have tried changing it in Word, my "email editor" to no avail.
I searched the Office website, no help there.

Does anyone have any ideas?

In Word, look at the Format > Font dialog -- if the "All Caps" box is
checked, that's the problem. It might be set that way in the Normal style.
If your version of Word is 2002 or later, look at the Reveal Formatting task
pane to see where the setting is.

If you're using Outlook for email with Word as its editor, fixing Word would
fix both problems. When you say "Internet Explorer email", do you mean
Outlook or is it a web-based mail host?

I have enough computer savvy to not have the CAPS button on.
I don't read "Internet Explorer email" in my first post. No, I have not edited it.
I use Outlook 2002. I have unchecked the "All CAPS" under Format<Font in both the email and Word. It still comes up.
I can instantly tell because my auto "signature" comes up in an unusual all CAPS font.

UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE

I did not select "default" after unchecking "ALL CAPS" in Word until now.

Problem solved.
