Emergency Trim Hose Help Needed

Hi there, I need help for my 1974 Mercruiser 140. I'm sorta stuck.

I'm at the lake and I'm replacing the hydraulic lines that run from inside the boat through the transom to what I call the Manifold that then feeds the trim cylinders.

I took pictures of how the originals were installed but of course don't have them with me.

Can someone tell me which of these pictures is the correct connection to the manifold?

I really only want to do this once. It's really hard to do this, especially when the boat is at a 45 degree angle on a ramp.

The 90's hook up aft of the transom. The two with the slighter angles hook up at the pump.

Thanks for the quick reply. Looks like I'll get this done this weekend.

I guess the shorter 90 gets installed closest to the bow so the larger 90 can clear it.

Well, 3 hours later I've got it done. Thanks for the help.

I had the hoses off a couple of years ago when I had the engine out.
It's much easier with the engine out.

I even remembered to put the hose manifold gasket on BEFORE I attached the hoses.

I feel your pain. I did it last spring with the boat on the trailer. It was no fun and the shop gave me a wrong hose so I had to drive 100 miles round trip in the middle of it to get the right one. I hope I don't have to do that job again
