Omc 3.0. This one I'm not sure about. Thanks to everyone who helped me solve my overheating issues. Went out to the lake yesterday. I was pulling a tube along everything seemed fine. All the sudden boat stopped moving while in gear. Put boat in neutral then the engine died. Tried to restart engine. Sounded like the starter. Tapped it and noticed it to be loose. Bolted back to right. Boat eventually started again. Put in gear and slowly headed for the ramp. Shortly thereafter the motor died and never started again. I did notice a lot of water in the bilge. Also I've noticed that the outdrive oil is very milky. Also the exaust bellows are cracked. Where should I start. I will also add I just serviced the intire engine and outdrive on this boat. I'm at a loss here. Please help.

Lot of issues going on there. Did "You service" the engine and drive? If you didn't, take it back. Otherwise, start with pressure testing the drive and determine leaks. But water in the bilge? Did you see any water spraying out anywhere or is it just drain off from the swimmers? Lotta observation needs to be done. If the drive is leaking, you may be way in over your head with an obsolete outfit.
