Eng ID Help

1985, 19ft ,Celebrity with Merc drive. Recent purchase and block had water in oil pan. Pulled eng found it was a 2 bolt. The numbers on the front passenger Pad are:
V0417CCC & 11S2011085. Checked various SB listing but can't find the numbers. I did find that as I read the numbers it was built Apr 17, and it is a 85 Can someone help with full ID. Would like to know what HP it is and any other info for ordering parts and a new engine.

Look above the starter, or on the top deck of the block at ear of the engine. Is the distributer in the front or rear of the engine?
