Engine alignment question

Guys

During an engine alignment since the front mounts adjust seperately, how can you tell if one side is slightly higher than the other if you have the same amount of turns on each mount adjustment. Is this ever an issue? Then reason I'm asking is my motor mount boxes are being replaced with new wood and glass and I want to be able to identify any height differences during the install.

thanks

Re: Engine alignment question

Just try to keep the motor level and obtain the correct alignment and you`ll be fine.

Re: Engine alignment question

Thanks BT. This will be my first alignment. I replaced the rear bushings and the motor mount boxes are being redone along with the short stringer on each side of the motor mount boxes. The alignment process seems simple in theory but in case the motor boxes are not replaced to the exact height of one another it gave me pause. I'll look it over real good before the motor goes in and report back if there are any issues.
