We took the boat out yesterday and at full throttle, it
only got up to about 3800 rpm. Got home and discovered a bird nest inside... removed it and vacuumed what I could see from the motor and have it out now, but the performance hasn’t changed and it doesn’t have enough power, and it won’t plane.
Is there something else else I can do to get the engine to recover?
Yamaha 140 outboard... 2 years and only 76 hours on the motor...
