engine block decal

I have a 1968 Kiekhaefer Mercury 200. On the throttle arm side, there is a small decal on engine block. I would like to know what was written on it. I want to rebuilt it original, and I cannot find any picture of it anywhere. The decal is about 1.5 inch X 1.5 inch. Thanks
