I have a 2004 Glastron 195sx w/ Volvo penta 5.0 GL-E Sx Drive

I was Wondering is there a way to grease the Coupler Splines without pulling the outdrive?

I can grease the Gimbal through a little Grease gun port On the side of the out drive.

& also my outdrive does a Slight "pop" when trimming up is that normal?

Well, I suppose you could pull the engine and try it that way. Otherwise nope, you gotta pull the drive to get access to it. Barring no other issues, it's a quick half-hour job to do that and check alignment once a year.

You need to pull the drive. What is the big deal with pulling the drive. It's a 10 to 15 min. job. You also need to check the alignment, and you absolutely have to check the alignment after pulling the engine just to make sure it all went back together correctly.
