Engine cover cracks repairs advice

How do I fix this? I sanded the outer side and will glass it. Do I need to sand and glass the inner side too?

If you can easily get to the inside, then for sure I would do both sides.

You need to grind and glass those.. .. mebbe more if the pics are more only local ..
