Engine cover repair...What product?

On my 2000 200HP Ficht outboard cover,one of the things that look like a vent broke off. What product do you think would work best, marine tex, 3m4200 or 5200. Don't want to buy a new cover, its about 1000. If I can repair this good enough, I have the paint. no one will know thanks.

Outboard covers are made out of fiberglass so they can be repaired with fiberglass or even automotive bondo. Of those you mentioned marine tex is by far the best in my book. I would advise that you do any major finishing as it cures. When marine tex is completely cured it is like steel.
