Engine fitment from 1995 boat none vortec

I have a boat 4.3 Vortec engine that I pulled from a 1995 Bayliner boat that I'm selling. I have someone interested in the engine and his boat is 1990 with the none Vortec engine. Will the 1995 4.3 Vortec engine fit in a 1990 boat with the none Vortec? I'm selling the complete engine with intake included. I understand that the intake is different but not sure if there are any other differences

your 1995 is not a vortec motor

vortec heads came out in 1996

your 1995 is a pre-vortec, balance shaft motor

unbolt the old non balance shaft 1990 motor complete, including the squishy motor mounts, bolt in the 1995 motor complete with all accessories and the non-squishy mounts.

Ayuh,..... Because Chevy thought of the name, before they invented the heads, by a couple of years,......

Count the intake bolts to tell,..... 8 for a vortec, 12 for non-vortec motors,.....
