Hi folks. I have a 1993 Regal Valanti with a volvo penta 4.3 engine. Engine starts fine. The when taking off I have to feather the throttle in real light or it floods out. Also after running when I shut it off it floods out. Have changed the spark plugs but thats about it. It ran fine all summer and suddenly started this out of the blue. nothing was changed in the engine or carburator. Any ideas??? Thanks for the help
