Engine lifting out of water in reverse

I have a 1988 Merc 25hp. When I shift into reverse and give it a little gas the prop wants to lift out of the water. I want to repair this but I don't know what the name of the parts I should be looking for. I have looked at the diagrams but they seem vague in their descriptions. If someone can help me figure out the name of a part or where it would be located I would greatly appreciate it. My SN is 0B283574.

Probably do not need any parts like Scott said flip down the reverse lock.

Or, it's possible that the little clamp on the shift rod (aft of the swivel bracket) that actuates the reverse lock is mis-adjusted and opening the release all the time.
