Running fuel treatment through 2006 4 stroke 50 hp merc ,water flowing well, pulled fuel line to run out of fuel and during that time the motor started to clatter which would increase or decrease with slight rpm changes. Turned off ,nothing hot, oil fresh and full. what happened?
