engine pics. need to know what it is

I don't have a clue what year and model this engine is. could anybody please help. What i do know is that is a 6 cly and the serial number is 7010844 but the first two numbers are hard to read so i don't know if it 70 for sure. But here are the pics anyway.

Yesterday you said it was a 115 and were answered that it was a 1973 Canadian built engine what has changed?
