I have problems with my V-P 4.3 GL hydrolocking after sitting. All signs point to previous owners failure to winterize and a shoddy repair that didn't materialize until after I purchased the boat. I have been crunched for time as of late and left it with a reputable mechanic. He says the block is cracked.
