Please forgive my ignorance (I know I have alot to learn) but bare with me and I might surprise you in the long run..
I am curious about stock engines in the 20-60hp ranges keeping an eye on certain attributes:
1, First off would be power to weight ratio (the lightest engine of any given stock hp output)
2, Maintainability (availability of parts or other items required for regular and continues use)
3, Upgrade ability (the ability to reliably show usable performance increase with available parts and/or reasonable modifications).
I am not limited my any rules or class restrictions.
