I have a 1990 JetStar 1250 W/ a 90 merc force inboard. I cannot find my engine # I would appriciate knowing where to find this #

I'd guess you have a Merc Sport Jet. The 90 Sport Jet uses a Force powerhead that uses some Mercury components. There should be a small plate that has the info. What info do you need?
