That depends, a tuber Yes, because you really don't wanna go over 20-25mph, or somebody could get hurt. A skier, now thats another story, it all depends on how big, heavy, and efficient, your boat is, if you're under 150lbs it would be fine, over that, not likely,,, and you may not be able to pull a slalom skier out of the water. A 60hp motor, or more, is probably what you would need for more then 3 people in the boat, and someone up to approx. 260lbs on ski's

Set up will be huge with that size motor. Make sure your motor height is correct and that it is trimmed for optimum performance. Weight distribution of any and all load carried is vital and then and only then consider changing the prop. See how it performs with the prop you have (rpm and speed) give out all the info you have gathered in the prop section and you will get some really expert advice for best performance for your needs.
Good luck and happy tubing and skiing.

Nothing worse than running out of gas !!!
No gauge ??? if not carry a spare can with enough to get you back from where you are going.
Try the original prop and see how it goes. It should have something on it telling you the diameter and pitch.
