Engine Sputtering and Dying - Isolated Incident?

I've owned a 2007 Yamaha F225TXR for about a year now. What could cause it to all of a sudden die out after a couple minutes of either idling or any value of RPM, and then the problem fix itself once I get back home? Both high and low pressure fuel pumps are good based on the checks I made according to the service manual. Possibly a fluke computer malfunction? It's never given me any sort of problem before. Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks!
