I have a 1995 Johnson 200HP venom outboard, and the problem is that after I have it running for a while then stop and sit for a while and want to go again the motor starts up fine but will repeatedly stall out, it fires right back up and runs for anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes but stalls out until I guess it gets warmed up again, which makes no sense to me because it was running long enough before to be fully warmed up,
