Engine stalls underway

I have a 1999, 19'6" Aquasport CC with a 150 Johnson O/B. Occasionally when underway the engine just shuts off. I can restart with no problem and be on my way. Any ideas why engine would stall and then restart with no problem. Recent tune up and problem persists.
Worried the sudden slow down could injure somone on boat.

First thing i would do is check all electrical connections. Then check for good hot spark with a spark tester and if that checks out, then fuel related! Good luck!

Is it a slow shut down or is it like turning the key off??

It abruptly shuts down, like you turned off the key.
