engine swap, another one

I am looking at several options for pulling my engine and putting into another boat. This one is to put my 1981 GM 2.5 OMC to replace a 1973 merc 140 (3.0) Except fot the obvious manifolds what else? Is this the same bolt pattern behind the flywheel?

Should be the Same Answer as the Other 1..........<br /><br />Long Block for Long Block should be Very Doable,........
