Just noticed today that when I pump the Bowl to get gas into the carbs that I get Drips where the fuel line connector meets the engine is there some 'O' ring that sits there that may have deteriorated in 23 years?

The quick disconnect on the front of motor may be worn. You can check the seal, buy a new one or eliminate it entirely. A worn seal there can cause gas to leak ouy when you're priming it and air to leak in when the motor is running. It's an easy fix.

This would tie into a intermittent Idle issue I have been having.
I bought a new Quick Disconnect End. It fits snug. I was surprised to not find a rubber Seal on the end.

I almost never disconnect mine, and I've heard some folks just eliminate the quick-disconnect with a straight piece of fuel line through the rubber gromet on front of motor, just eliminates one more possible place to leak. I've never had any trouble with mine, but if I do then may consider eliminating it.

O-ring should be internal of the quick connect.
Look at where it rides on the other part to see if it has damage or corrosion if you still have leaks
